# Terms of use and licence — draft

Proposed terms for institutional use, subject to the executed agreement and legal review.

## 1. Provider and service

The provider is Sigillum Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi. These drafts address institutional customers. Sigillum Finans relates observable AI transaction steps, supports technical integrity verification, compares selected fields and provides review tools. The executed order, licence and security/data-processing schedules define the contracted scope.

## 2. Licence and intellectual property

Duration, institution/environment scope, fees, support, renewal and termination must be agreed in writing. This website grants no perpetual free licence, automatic remote-access right or unilateral right to collect transaction data. Mandatory law and the executed agreement prevail over inconsistent website text.

Software rights remain with their respective holders. Business-record rights remain with the customer or relevant rights holder. Open-source components retain their own licence terms.

## 3. Institutional responsibilities

The institution manages integration authority, lawful collection and notices, user roles, infrastructure and key security, minimisation and retention. It verifies actual context propagation and the suitability of selected comparison fields. Process real customer information only within authorised environments.

## 4. Permitted use

Do not use the service for unauthorised access, fabricated source attribution, misleading evidence, security breaches or unauthorised testing of other systems. Authorised security testing must follow applicable law and contract. Reporting vulnerabilities or exercising legal rights is not, by itself, prohibited use.

## 5. Service boundaries

Seals support verification of recorded content and relationships. They do not guarantee model accuracy, appropriate business decisions, complete source data or admissibility in every proceeding. Sigillum is not a credit-decision authority, notary, law firm or automatically a qualified trust service. Unsupported or misconfigured integrations do not establish complete traffic coverage.

## 6. Support and liability

Specify maintenance, availability, support hours, incident assistance and recovery targets in the SLA. No fixed compression ratio or hardware-independent performance commitment is made. Negotiate liability provisions in the contract; this draft does not exclude liabilities that mandatory law prohibits excluding, including applicable intentional misconduct or gross negligence rules.

## 7. Exit, termination and disputes

Agree in advance on evidence access, exports, key custody, return/deletion of support material and transition assistance. Banking and data-protection duties do not disappear when service ends. The contract must establish governing law and jurisdiction while preserving mandatory rights. Contact **info@sigillum.cloud**; formal notice details remain to be completed.
