Configure comparison definitions
Select meaningful fields and bind the appropriate definition to each completed transaction.
#1. Select fields
Open Comparison setup → Comparison definitions and select the application. Inspect the field catalogue using an actual SDK transaction. Comparison uses explicitly selected fields, not unrestricted equality across all data. Choose meaningful identifiers, amounts, model outputs or recorded decision explanations.
#2. Version the definition
A change creates a new definition version. The definition attached when a transaction completes is not replaced by a later portal edit. Check the definition identity, version and digest on the comparison screen. Deactivating a definition does not change previously sealed evidence.
#3. Connect the institutional source
Use a business reference actually present in the observed transaction to locate the source record. The returned record identity must match the requested reference. Once the source connection is ready, test it with a new transaction.
