This notice covers data use on the public Sigillum Finans website. The product installation running in a customer institution’s environment, and the data held there, are addressed separately.
01 / Website visits
Visitor tracking and access logs
This site has no visitor analytics, advertising trackers or cookie-based tracking tools. It does not provide user accounts or a server that accepts contact-form submissions.
The hosting infrastructure may keep technical access logs, such as IP addresses, request times and requested pages, for operation or security. Hosting log and retention practices are separate from these website functions. This notice does not specify a retention period because it has not been verified.
02 / Email communication
Information entered in the contact fields
Text entered in the contact fields is used in your browser to create an email link and is not submitted to a form service. When you send the message from your own email application, your email address and the content you choose to share reach us by email.
Sending email is also subject to the terms of your email application and provider. Do not include customer data, transaction content or access credentials.
03 / Scope of this notice
Public website and institutional installation
This website is not the product portal and does not display transaction records from an institution’s Sigillum Finans installation. Data processing, access and retention in a customer environment are addressed within the scope of that installation.
